Trading said on 02nd November ... "The fabulous home store, The General Trading Company, has its own chic café on the ground floor of the Symons Street shop premises. As you would expect of a stylish home store the café is equally chic thanks to the work of the shop's architect Spencer Fung.

Breakfast is served from 10am and consists of both healthy and indulgent choices such as muesli and yoghurt, or decadent Danish pastries. Lunch is a popular affair with salads, pasta and risotto all playing their part, alternatively you can stop by for a highly civilised afternoon tea. Please note though that the café closes around 6pm, so isn't open for dinner."
